I take a peer-driven, down-to-earth approach that’s rooted in real-life experience, not just theory. Instead of focusing on diagnoses or fixing symptoms, I help you reconnect with yourself, understand stress and burnout in a whole new way, and find creative, practical solutions that actually fit your life.
How do I know if your services are right for me?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out—whether personally or professionally ~ you’re in the right place. My work is for people who want an alternative to the mainstream mental health model, are looking for real support (not just surface-level advice), and are ready to take small, meaningful steps toward change.
What kind of tools and strategies do you offer?
Everything I share is practical, simple and designed to fit into real life. You’ll get personalized exercises, creative self-reflection tools, stress management techniques and mindset shifts that help you navigate burnout, emotional exhaustion and personal growth in a way that actually works for you.
Is this therapy or coaching?
Neither ~ this is  Intentional Peer Support and Life Coaching. I walk alongside you, offering guidance, insights, and support based on lived and professional experience. It’s a collaborative process where you gain the tools, confidence, and clarity to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
